We are looking for a team player to join our Client Services team in Manila, focused on marketing collateral design, service proposal creation, and management. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with management, senior staff, and multidisciplinary teams - both locally and regionally to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our design expertise and integrated solutions.
• Prepare and manage various client service documents, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), Vendor Prequalifications, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other critical submissions.
• Continuously innovate and enhance marketing materials to improve client engagement and business growth. This includes but is not limited to service proposals, design proposals, company brochures, and other key marketing assets.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of photography, videography, and other media efforts to showcase completed projects for marketing and branding purposes.
• Maintain an organized and efficient marketing and client services filing system, ensuring easy access to documentation and reference materials.
• Oversee data entry, registration, and maintenance of CRM tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, M Moser's in-house database) to track ongoing proposals, leads, and market insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Graduates from other disciplines are welcome to apply if they possess strong creative skills, relevant qualifications, and the right mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design-related software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.), is a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar or related role.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude. A friendly personality and a good sense of humor are always a plus!
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
