CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Creative Proposal Design Specialist to join the Marketing team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on designing and building proposals that reflect our brand, using MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign, with a strong eye for detail and visual communication. The candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications, be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and building proposals in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Creative Proposal Design Specialist to join the Marketing team in our Philippines office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

YOUR ROLE.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Proposal Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and building proposals, with a strong eye for detail and a creative approach to visual communication. This role requires proficiency in design software and a solid understanding of branding principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the proposal team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop visually compelling proposals that align with our brand guidelines.
• Create and format proposal documents using software such as, MS Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
• Develop graphics, charts, and infographics to enhance proposal content.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in design elements across all proposal materials.
• Review and revise proposal designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain a library of proposal templates and design assets for future use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in proposal design.

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and building proposals, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with interactive PDFs and digital proposal formats.
• Knowledge of print production processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
