CraftShack PH is seeking an Art Director to lead the execution of creative concepts across campaigns and platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone, strategy, and goals. You will guide design direction, layout, and visual consistency while mentoring the design team.

Collaborate with writers, strategists, and accounts teams to deliver impactful work, translate brainstorms into client-ready presentations, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in design or creative direction with a strong portfolio.
• High proficiency in layout, typography, and color theory across digital and print.
• Proven experience mentoring junior talent and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication to translate complex concepts into visuals for client pitches.

Responsibilities
