Job summary

Truelogic, Inc. in Metro Manila (Makati) seeks a Creative Designer to craft high-quality graphics, videos, and digital marketing assets for our brand and campaigns.

You will design web pages, social content, and marketing materials, collaborating with the Creative Team Lead and Senior Designer to ensure consistency with our brand identity and marketing goals. The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a creative design role; agency experience a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, social media content creation, and marketing materials.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Design: Develop user-friendly and visually compelling website designs aligned with brand identity and business objectives. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to establish website structure, user flow, and functionality. Present design concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation.

• Social Media Content Creation: Develop and design engaging content for various social media platforms, including static graphics, and short-form videos. Utilize AI image and video generation tools to produce creative assets, enhance visual storytelling, and explore innovative content formats. Maintain a consistent brand identity, visual aesthetic, and messaging across all channels.

• Marketing Campaigns: Design eye-catching and effective marketing materials for paid ads, email newsletters, and other promotional activities. Ensure that all designs are optimized for performance and meet campaign objectives.

• Static and Video Ads: Design static and video advertisements that capture attention and drive conversions. Work closely with the marketing team to understand target audiences and campaign goals.

• Creative Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals.

• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Team Lead and Senior Creative Designer to develop concepts, execute creative projects, maintain design quality, and ensure all deliverables align with the creative direction, client requirements, and department standards.
