About the role
Join our dynamic team at Tom's World Philippines Corporation as a full-time Creative Artist. Based in SM San Fernando Pampanga, this role will play a key part in shaping the artistic vision and design direction for our diverse range of advertising, media and creative projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Conceptualize and produce visually compelling artwork, designs, and illustrations to support a variety of marketing and branding initiatives
2. Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life and ensure design elements are on-brand and impactful
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the quality and innovation of your work
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail and adherence to deadlines

What we're looking for

1. Graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related fields
2. Proficiency in using industry-standard design software
3. Develop overall layout and production design for store advertisements, brochures, and corporate reports
4. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
