Job summary

Private Company in Calamba City, Laguna is seeking a talented Graphic Artist for a full-time role. You will translate client visions into compelling print and digital designs for packaging, labels, promotional materials and marketing collateral, contributing to our reputation for quality and creativity in every project.

You will collaborate with clients, sales teams and production staff to understand requirements, develop concepts, and ensure designs comply with brand guidelines and production

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar creative role in printing/packaging/manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, colour theory, typography and visual composition.
• Excellent knowledge of file formats, resolution requirements and technical specifications for print and digital outputs.
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar creative role, ideally within the printing, packaging or manufacturing industry

• Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW or equivalent programmes

• Strong understanding of print production processes, colour theory, typography and visual composition

• Excellent knowledge of file formats, resolution requirements and technical specifications for print and digital outputs

• Demonstrated ability to work creatively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues and cross-functional teams

• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently

• Proficiency in English and Filipino is advantageous for effective communication within our diverse team

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work and print production experience is essential

• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling processes would be beneficial to this role
