You will mentor in-house designers, ensure consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Advertising or related field.
• 8+ years in Creative Director or Senior Art Director roles in advertising or marketing.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage full lifecycle of campaigns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating vision, design skills and on-brand assets.
• Excellent communication, presentational and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of current design trends, tools and technologies.

About the role

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the visual direction of our advertising and marketing campaigns. In this full-time role, you will be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and play a pivotal part in shaping the brand identity and creative vision of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the creative development and production of all advertising, marketing and brand materials

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and execute innovative, impactful campaigns

• Provide creative direction and mentorship to the in-house design and content creation team

• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques to continuously elevate our creative output

• Partner with external agencies and vendors to deliver best-in-class creative solutions

• Present creative concepts and proposals to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Advertising or a related creative field

• Minimum 8 years' experience as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director in the advertising, marketing or media industry

• Demonstrated expertise in leading creative teams and overseeing the full creative lifecycle

• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, design skills and ability to craft compelling, on-brand assets

• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

• In-depth understanding of current design trends, tools and technologies
