About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Graphic Artist, you will play a vital role in creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message and support our marketing, advertising, and publishing initiatives. You will be at the heart of our creative process, translating concepts into engaging visual content that resonates with our audience and drives business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and creating visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Collaborating with marketing, advertising, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and creative briefs
• Developing concepts, layouts, and visual compositions using design software and industry-standard tools
• Editing and manipulating images, photographs, and illustrations to enhance visual appeal and meet project specifications
• Creating graphics for web content, digital platforms, and multimedia applications
• Maintaining consistency across all design materials to ensure cohesive brand identity and visual communication
• Incorporating client feedback and revisions to refine designs until project completion
• Staying current with design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in the advertising and publishing industry
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar creative role within the advertising, arts, media, editing, or publishing industry
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent visual communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs
• Experience creating designs for both digital and print media
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, technical skill, and design quality
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency with brand guidelines
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take creative direction while also contributing innovative ideas
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the advertising and publishing sectors
• Preferred: Experience in web design, motion graphics, or multimedia design
