MicroSourcing is hiring a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Specialist to support our growing video production team. This remote role focuses on creating polished automotive video assets using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro in a fast-paced environment.
You will report to the Director of Video Production and collaborate with the video team to deliver high-volume, high-quality content while following templates and brand guidelines. Applicants should be detail-oriented and communicative.
Qualifications
- Strong Adobe After Effects skills for motion graphics, animation, compositing, and template-based production.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for assembling and polishing video content.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and update video ads, motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, end cards, offer graphics, and other video assets.
- Use After Effects to build and optimize motion graphics and template-based video creative.
- Assemble, edit, and polish video content for digital advertising and client campaigns.
- Support automotive ad production including vehicle offers, sales events, and dealership branding.
- Work within templates and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and efficient workflow.
- Review deliverables for accuracy, pricing, disclosures, and visual quality before submission.
- Take revisions from leadership and teammates and implement promptly.
- Maintain organized project files and naming conventions for smooth handoffs.

The RAM Group is seeking a talented Video Editor / Motion Graphics Specialist to support our growing video production department.
This role is ideal for a skilled, detail-oriented video professional who is strong in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, and able to produce clean, polished video creative efficiently.
This person will report to the Director of Video Production and will work closely with the video production team to create, edit, update, and deliver automotive video assets across multiple clients and campaigns.
The ideal candidate can follow direction, work within established templates and brand guidelines, maintain consistency across high-volume deliverables, and contribute to a smooth production workflow.
- Create, edit, and update video ads, motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, end cards, offer graphics, and other video assets.
- Use Adobe After Effects to build, revise, and optimize motion graphics and template-based video creative.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro to assemble, edit, and polish video content for digital advertising and client campaigns.
- Support the creation of automotive video ads, including vehicle offers, sales events, model-specific videos, dealership branding, and monthly promotional campaigns.
- Work within existing templates, project files, brand standards, and production systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Review work carefully for accuracy, spelling, pricing, DISCLAIMERS, visual consistency, timing, formatting, and technical quality before submission.
- Make timely revisions based on feedback from the Director of Video Production, production leadership, and internal team members.
- Maintain clean project files, organized folders, proper naming conventions, and efficient handoff practices.
- Communicate clearly with the video team and follow production priorities, deadlines, and instructions.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, especially motion graphics, animation, compositing, text animation, and template-based production.
- Ability to edit, assemble, and finalize video content efficiently in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Professional experience editing digital video content, social ads, promotional videos, or similar creative assets.
- Strong ability to catch errors in text, pricing, DISCLAIMERS, logos, formatting, timing, and visual consistency.
- Comfortable producing high-volume creative while maintaining quality and following direction.
- Able to communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and provide updates on assigned work.
- Able to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, follow file naming systems, and keep work organized.
- Experience with automotive advertising, dealership marketing, or vehicle offer creative.
- Experience creating short-form ad creative for Meta, YouTube, OTT, paid social, or digital campaigns.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Experience using templates and standardized production systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools for video production, editing, or creative support.
- Familiarity with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar platforms.
- Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies.
This position will report directly to the Director of Video Production.
The person in this role will receive direction, feedback, priorities, and quality standards from the Director of Video Production and will support the broader video production team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, technical, organized, and dependable. They should be comfortable taking direction, working within existing systems, and producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
This person does not need to lead the department, but they should be able to execute consistently, improve over time, and become a reliable production resource for the team.
