Qualifications

• At least 5 years in handyman, maintenance, painting, or welding roles.
• Proven painting and welding skills with attention to quality.
• Physically fit for manual tasks and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting, surface prep and touch-ups.
• Carry out welding, metal fabrication, repairs and installations.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work as needed.
• Inspect facilities and ensure safety and quality standards.
