Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Proven skills in painting and welding.
• Knowledge of general building maintenance and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface prep, priming, coating, and touch-ups.
• Carry out welding and metal fabrication works, including repairs and installation of metal structures.
• Perform general handyman tasks such as repairs, installation, assembly, and minor construction work.
• Repair and maintain doors, gates, fixtures, furniture, and other facilities.
• Conduct basic carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and electrical repair work when required.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Use hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
