RALCA Dev't. Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and delivering timely financial statements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, proficiency in accounting software and Excel, and the capacity to work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• CPA with valid Philippine license.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Experience in accounting, finance, or auditing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and accounting records.
• Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax requirements, and other statutory obligations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow records.
• Prepare tax returns and assist with tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and government agencies as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
