Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a finance professional to manage the full spectrum of accounting and consolidation for a fund, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

You will prepare monthly consolidated management accounts, deliver management reports and forecasts, coordinate with overseas finance teams, and support fund administration and ad-hoc Group projects.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation or degree in finance-related field.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts for a fund and report financial matters.
• Support management reporting with monthly reports, analysis and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal centres of excellence and review submitted work.
• Liaise with overseas local finance teams for closing activities.
• Assist in fund administration including capital accounts and distributions.
• Contribute to ad-hoc Group and BU level projects.
