Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Chartered Accountant to lead group consolidation and management reporting for a portfolio of companies.

You will coordinate with overseas finance teams, prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, and liaise with external auditors for year-end closing, audits, and tax filings.

The role requires independent work, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of SFRS/tax regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance.
• Proficient in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
• Experience with BPC/Tagetik and real estate knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group consolidation and reporting in line with statutory and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze group financial reports; liaise with external auditors for quarterly and year-end closing.
• Assist in annual audit, annual reports and tax filings, and ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Support system implementations and report creation; participate in quarterly results.
• Coordinate with overseas finance team for submission and analysis of group reports.
