Reinforce Search Inc. in Makati, Philippines, seeks an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team and ensure accurate vendor payments. The role focuses on strengthening controls, improving processes, and meeting closing deadlines.

You will oversee invoice processing (PO and non-PO), coding, approvals, and GL allocations, while coordinating with Procurement, Treasury, and vendors to resolve escalations and ensure timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting or related course; CPA license required.
• 3–5 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.
• People management experience, preferably supervising 3–5 staff.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage daily Accounts Payable team activities.
• Monitor invoice processing for PO and non-PO invoices.
• Review invoice coding, approvals, and GL allocation.
• Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
• Manage payment runs including checks, bank transfers, and electronic payments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Treasury, and vendors.
