Job summary

SINO ONE STOP SERVICES INC. in Manila seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team and oversee daily operations, financial reporting, and compliance. You will drive integrity of financial data, implement controls, and coordinate with auditors and regulators.

The ideal candidate has a CPA license, a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience with supervisory exposure, and strong MS Excel skills plus ERP system knowledge.

Qualifications

• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with managerial/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and taxation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Accounting team and daily accounting operations
• Oversee financial reporting, general accounting, AP/AR, and cash flow
• Ensure timely BIR, SEC, and other regulatory compliance
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting schedules
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures
• Provide financial reports and analysis to management
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
