FP Markets is seeking a Country Manager for South Korea to lead expansion in the Korean market from a remote setup. You will own strategy, partnerships, onboarding, and client engagement while collaborating with marketing and operations across Asia.

The role requires 2+ years in FX/CFD with leadership experience, fluent Korean and strong English, and a proven ability to drive growth in a regulated broker environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry (preferably for Korean region).
• 1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management.
• Fluent in Korean with good English proficiency.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Korean market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, revenue, and brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Korea.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, including lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to drive business success.
• Represent FP Markets in Asia at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
