RX Global seeks a strategic Country Manager for Mexico to lead the full P&L, growth, and operations in a global matrix environment. You will shape the country strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver outstanding event experiences aligned to business objectives.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage external relationships, ensure governance, compliance, and responsible cost management while advancing sustainable revenue growth across the market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong track record of managing P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading large, matrixed teams in multinational settings.
• Advanced business English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the country growth strategy, including long-term planning and business expansion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality event delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as the public face of RX Mexico, building and maintaining key external relationships.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and alignment across teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to grow revenue and optimise costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards.
• Lead, develop, and engage high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture.

About The Role

As Country Manager of RX Mexico, you will lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Mexico business within a global matrix environment. You will drive sustainable growth, oversee operations, and build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional event experiences aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the country’s growth strategy, including long-term planning and business expansion

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role

• Demonstrated success leading large and complex teams, including matrix and indirect structures
• Experience operating within multinational organizations
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and structured processes
• Advanced business English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking capability
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
