Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc seeks a founding Country CEO to launch and scale a digital wealth and investing platform in the Philippines from 0 to 1. You will be the first employee on the ground, owning full P&L, driving commercial growth, establishing operational controls, and building the local organization.

The candidate will combine deep financial services expertise with greenfield leadership, recruit and lead cross‑functional teams, and align with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in securities, brokerage, or financial services with 5+ years in retail.
• Deep knowledge of Philippines broker-dealer/securities regulations (SEC/BSP).
• Proven track record launching and scaling digital financial products.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across commercial and operations.
• History building country P&L and GTM strategies in greenfield setups.

Responsibilities

• 0-1 Launch & Commercial Growth: formulate the country operating plan and drive growth.
• Operations & Governance: set up daily frameworks, risk controls, and reporting.
• Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management: build regulator and partner relationships.
• Culture & Team Building: hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team.
• Group Alignment: bridge local market insights with regional leadership.
