Job summary

First Circle is a fast-growing FinTech in the Philippines transforming access to credit for SMEs and building a full-stack neobank offering multi-currency accounts, FX, corporate cards, and payroll. We seek a hands-on Growth Operations Manager to drive operations for New Product launches and partner with the Head of New Product Operations to scale product delivery.

You will leverage strong analytical skills, data focus, and collaboration with sales and operations teams to implement impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM or similar field.
• 4+ years of work experience in an operations or an analytics role (finance/fintech/tech ideal).
• Strong analytical & technical skills with data analysis experience (SQL).
• Execution-oriented mindset with initiative from problem to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Reporting on product performance (new customers, usage, growth, retention).
• Conducting ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Designing new solutions to problems not yet solved.
• Refining existing processes to run smoother or faster.
• Executing recurring processes and aiming to automate them.
