JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 1. Coordinate and communicate with the back-of-the-house personnel to provide quality of food
• 2. Performs tasks and procedures as required in the assigned station
• 3. Greets customers with a smile and and maintains a friendly and pleasant disposition when dealing with guests and other restaurant personnel
• 4. Processes orders to ensure that all items are prepared properly and served on a timely basis
• 5. Ensures food and orders are served according to restaurant standards on quality & presentation
• 6. Menu familiarization and product knowledge
• 7. Cleanliness and restaurant beautification awareness
