Qualifications
- Law degree and admission as a lawyer in one or more member countries.
- At least 6 years of relevant legal experience, including 3+ years in international organizations on HR, employment, governance and admin law.
- Excellent English communication; ability to present and defend legal arguments in multicultural teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and documentation support on institutional and administrative matters.
- Lead a team of lawyers and supervise junior staff under an Assistant General Counsel.
- Review laws and regulations, prepare legal documents, and conduct research on specified matters.
- Participate in training, conferences, and knowledge-sharing activities.
