Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Costing and Procurement Support specialist in the Philippines to assist in supplier quotations, cost analysis, and RFQ activities. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a basic Excel skill set and an eagerness to learn costing processes.

The role involves maintaining costing data, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of costing deliverables in a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, or related field; preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited work experience are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to supply chain, procurement, costing, sourcing, or financial analysis is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in costing and supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Assist in analyzing supplier quotations, pricing, and cost information.
• Support price validation and basic cost analysis.
• Assist with RFQ activities and supplier quotation comparisons.
• Support cost reduction and cost optimization initiatives.
• Maintain and update costing data and spreadsheets.
• Prepare basic costing reports and analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding pricing and costing information.
• Maintain accurate costing records and documentation.
• Support sourcing, procurement, and other supply chain activities as required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned costing activities and deliverables.
