Ultra Clean Technology in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst – Costing to support costing, supplier pricing, and sourcing activities. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who want to grow in supply chain and procurement.

You will analyze quotations, assist with cost validations, and maintain costing records while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not required).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited work experience are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to supply chain, procurement, costing, sourcing, or financial analysis is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Willingness to learn and develop supply chain and costing knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Assist in analyzing supplier quotations and pricing.
• Support price validation and basic cost analysis.
• Assist with RFQ activities and quotation comparisons.
• Support cost reduction and cost optimization activities.
• Maintain and update costing data and spreadsheets.
• Prepare basic costing reports and analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to clarify pricing and costing information.
• Maintain accurate costing records and documentation.
• Support sourcing, procurement, and other supply chain activities as needed.
