Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for property maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects.
• Analyze bids, proposals, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project budgets and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Prepare cost breakdowns for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to validate technical and financial feasibility.
• Conduct site inspections to verify project progress against cost estimates.
• Estimate costs for service contracts (HVAC, elevators, security, cleaning, landscaping).
• Support contract negotiations by providing cost analysis and benchmarking.
• Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in cost estimation, property management, or construction projects.
• Background in MEPF systems and facilities management is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in cost estimation tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Excel).
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems and building maintenance practices.
