CYBALINK SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to monitor costs, forecast budgets, and provide financial insights to project teams in Manila.

The role requires a Civil/Electrical/Mechanical background with 5+ years cost control, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and on-site work at Arcovia City, Pasig. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Procurement, and Finance to keep cost data accurate and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of cost control experience in relevant industries.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with cost/project control systems and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project cost reports with budgets, forecasts and actuals.
• Develop financial summaries and dashboards for costs, profitability and cash flow.
• Monitor performance against budgets and schedules, flagging risks and variances.
• Maintain accurate project cost databases to support reporting and decisions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Procurement and Finance to gather data.

This role will work closely with project, procurement, and finance teams to provide accurate cost insights, identify risks, and support informed project decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project cost reports, including budget variance analysis, forecasts, actual costs, and monthly expenditure reports.

• Develop financial summaries and dashboards covering project costs, profitability, and cash flow projections.

• Monitor project performance against approved budgets and schedules, highlighting risks, deviations, and emerging cost concerns.

• Maintain accurate project cost databases to support timely reporting and decision-making.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Procurement, and Finance to gather cost data and provide cost-control insights.

• Support project budgeting, change management, and cost mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• At least 5 years of cost control experience, ideally within mining, oil & gas, construction, or renewable energy projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot.

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with cost/project control systems and ERP platforms, with the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

• Willing to work full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday to Friday on a morning shift schedule)
