Job summary

Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu is seeking a Finance Supervisor (Cost Control) to oversee the accuracy of item pricing against Purchase Orders and Market Lists, while supporting month-end inventory processes. The role requires strong numerical ability and meticulous attention to cost controls within a luxury hospitality setting.

The successful candidate will prepare daily receiving reports, reconcile accounts, and communicate with end users, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance department of a 5★ luxury hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the quality of items received meets the required standards set by the hotel and its corresponding price is in accordance with the approved Purchase Order and Market List.
• Assist Cost Control in conducting month end inventory.
• Prepares daily receiving reports and submits to Cost Control.
• Reconcile accounts and communicates with end users
