Job summary

Arcadis in Makati, Philippines, seeks an Electrical Engineer with cost management experience to lead cost estimation, BOQ development, and tender processes. You will supervise cost plans, prepare financial reports, and support budget control across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably 5 years’ of construction projects experience in consultancy/ contracting.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and prepare cost estimates and cost plans to keep the project within budget.
• Supervise and prepare Bill of Quantities and QA documents for accurate reporting.
• Prepare tender documents and tender reports for timely bids.
• Evaluate actual work at site for interim certificates and cost effects.
• Prepare and monitor financial statements for client cost control.
