Job summary

A local recruitment agency is seeking a qualified candidate for an on-site role in Cavite. The position requires an Associate or higher in Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in construction cost management. The successful candidate will need to be fluent in Filipino and proficient in English, with strong skills in reading M&E drawings and tax compliance knowledge. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• PRC Registered Quantity Surveyor (QS) or CPA preferred.
• Ability to calculate engineering quantities.

Job Requirements

• Education: Associate/Diploma or higher in Engineering Cost, Accounting, Civil, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.
• Experience: 2+ years in construction cost management (Experience in AC/Mechanical/Electrical costs is preferred).
• Language: Fluent in Filipino; proficient in English for professional documentation.
• Availability: Can start work Immediately.

• Police Clearance Certificate.

Skills & Qualifications

• Certifications: PRC Registered Quantity Surveyor (QS) or CPA (preferred/bonus).
• Technical: Ability to read M&E drawings and calculate engineering quantities.
• Legal: Familiarity with Philippine EPC laws (PD 1594) and measurement rules (SMM/CIAP).
• Financial: Knowledge of Tax compliance (VAT, EWT) and market prices for AC materials.
• Probationary Rate: 80% of full salary.
• Contract Rate: 100% of full salary.
