Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Costing Supervisor to lead monthly product costing for Dairy products and analyze COGM parameters. The role requires strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and leadership to drive cost control.

You will identify variances, report findings, and implement corrective measures while preparing monthly cost reports and participating in inventory to ensure accurate costing and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in product costing, cost analysis, or cost management.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• CPA and other certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly product costing for Dairy products and analyze COGM parameters.
• Identify, report, and investigate cost variances, ensuring they are within spoilage/yield limits.
• Recommend corrective measures for major discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly cost reports.
• Participate in monthly inventory taking to support accurate costing and financial reporting.
