Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting or cost accounting experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Accuracy and timeliness of cost reports.
• Accuracy of inventory records and reconciliations.
• Timely identification and resolution of cost variances.
