Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to oversee all cost accounting activities within the F&B industry in Mandaluyong. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 10 years of managerial experience in cost accounting.

This role requires expertise in product costing, inventory management, and strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in SAP to enhance reporting accuracy. You will collaborate closely with various teams to improve overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience in cost accounting, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Strong expertise in product costing, inventory management, cost analysis, and manufacturing finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all cost accounting activities, including product costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support business performance.
• Ensure accurate product costing by managing raw material, production, and finished goods costs to guide pricing and profitability decisions.
• Perform cost, contribution margin (CM), and yield analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams to analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and overall business performance.
• Strengthen cost accounting processes, systems, and internal controls while leveraging SAP to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
