A staffing solutions company is seeking an Accounting professional in Cavite. The role focuses on product costing, financial analysis, and budgeting in a manufacturing context. Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Fresh graduate CPAs with relevant internships are also welcome to apply.
Qualifications

Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate product costing across all manufacturing sites.
Reconcile and adjust CO, RO, PO, DO, MO transactions.
Analyze cost variances and allocate goods in transit.
Maintain and update inventory and expense codes in M3.
Review and activate new product BOMs.
Prepare monthly cost sheets, gross margin, and COF analysis.
Conduct inventory reconciliations and physical counts.
Support budgeting, audits, and compliance documentation.
Validate WCM savings and update project trackers.
Lead or support process improvements and system implementations.

Job description
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.

The office assignment will be based on your proximity to either Pasig or Cavite.
Note: We accept fresh graduate CPAs with internship experience related to cost accounting.
