Job summary

A leading staffing agency is looking for a fresh graduate CPA to handle cost accounting responsibilities in their manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 1 year of experience in cost accounting. This role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong communication skills. The office assignment will be on-site, based in either Pasig or Cavite.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate CPAs with internship experience related to cost accounting are accepted.
• At least 1 year of experience in cost accounting, finance, or budgeting in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product costing across all manufacturing sites.
• Reconcile and adjust CO, RO, PO, DO, MO transactions.
• Analyze cost variances and allocate goods in transit.
• Maintain and update inventory and expense codes in M3.
• Review and activate new product BOMs.
• Prepare monthly cost sheets, gross margin, and COF analysis.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations and physical counts.
• Support budgeting, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Validate WCM savings and update project trackers.
• Lead or support process improvements and system implementations.
