Job summary

A staffing solutions company is seeking an Accounting professional in Cavite. The role focuses on product costing, financial analysis, and budgeting in a manufacturing context. Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cost accounting, finance, or budgeting in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product costing across all manufacturing sites.
• Reconcile and adjust CO, RO, PO, DO, MO transactions.
• Analyze cost variances and allocate goods in transit.
• Maintain and update inventory and expense codes in M3.
• Review and activate new product BOMs.
• Prepare monthly cost sheets, gross margin, and COF analysis.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations and physical counts.
• Support budgeting, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Validate WCM savings and update project trackers.
• Lead or support process improvements and system implementations.
