Job summary

Ardent World Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Quality Assurance/Control candidate to develop and document testing procedures, ensuring packaging and product standards meet regulatory expectations. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1 year of QA/QC experience preferred.

You will collaborate across teams to analyze product changes, conduct destructive tests, and help shape CAPA recommendations for suppliers and management. The role supports digital transformation within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or related field from a reputable university.
• 1 year+ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Create written documentation and procedures for application testing and compliance.
• Perform extensive destructive tests to challenge packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements.
• Create operation manuals and training materials outlining operation processes.
• Discuss CAPA and push for recommendations to Suppliers, Management and stakeholders.
