Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid professional license.
• OSH certification is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong patient care and health system understanding; clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Health Program Management & Strategy: develop and implement the organization health program in line with standards; analyze health data and adjust actions; coordinate with agencies on new regulations; optimize budget.
• Compliance & Reporting: present health objectives in audits; submit occupational health and safety reports to DOLE and regulatory bodies; prepare clinic documentation.
• Clinical Care & Employee Support: administer First Aid; perform initial medical assessments; support NEOP orientation; assist with new hire city hall registrations.
