Job summary

Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc. is seeking a Company Nurse to lead health programs for a safe, productive workforce. Primary responsibilities include clinical care, program development, and compliance with health regulations across the organization.

You will act as a health advisor, coordinate with city hall and government agencies, and support new hires with health onboarding. Leadership and policy development are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with valid professional license.
• OSH certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office and effective in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's health program in compliance with standards.
• Monitor workers' health using medical records and advise actions.
• Run health awareness campaigns based on diseases and national concerns.
• Coordinate with government agencies on regulations and policy updates.
• Optimize budget by sourcing resources, medicines and vaccines.
• Present health objectives during audits.
• Submit occupational health and safety reports to DOLE and BWC.
• Generate clinic service reports and documentation.
• Administer first aid to employees.
• Conduct initial medical assessments before physician consultations.
• Serve as NEOP speaker for new hires.
• Assist registration of new hires with City Hall.
