The role involves prospecting new accounts, daily outreach, and converting leads into memberships. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality sectors. A competitive base salary of ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 is offered along with performance-based incentives.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Preferably with a background in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and onboard at least 10 new corporate accounts per week.
• Daily outreach: AM – corporate email campaigns; PM – community visits.
• Convert leads, walk-ins, and inquiries into active memberships.
