Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Corporate Strategy Officer in Metro Manila to partner with senior leadership on research, modeling, and strategic insights for company-wide initiatives.

You’ll support potential M&A activities and craft high-level presentations for the Board of Directors and ExCom. The role requires 3+ years in corporate strategy or related analytical work, with strong financial analysis and market research skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in corporate strategy, finance, or a related analytical role.
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and market research.
• Proven ability to create, synthesize, and deliver high-quality presentation materials for the Board and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive economic, industry, and competitor research to support strategic initiatives.
• Execute financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and comparable company analysis for M&A and new opportunities.
• Assist in due diligence, transaction documentation, regulatory filings, and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepare, consolidate, and update high-impact decks for strategy planning and executive committees.
• Provide logistical and coordination support for executive management.

We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Corporate Strategy Officer to help shape the future of our business. In this role, you will be a crucial partner to senior leadership, providing the research, financial modeling, and strategic insights needed to drive company-wide and Business Unit (BU) initiatives. From supporting potential M&A activities to crafting high-level presentations for the Board of Directors, you will play a direct role in our corporate development and long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive economic, industry, and competitor research to support strategic initiatives, while tracking and monitoring BU Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) via detailed reports and dashboards.
• Execute complex financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and comparable company analysis for mergers and acquisitions and new business opportunities
• Assist in the due diligence process, transaction documentation, regulatory filings, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare, consolidate, and update high-impact presentation decks for strategy planning, Store Manager Assemblies, the Executive Committee (ExCom), and the Board of Directors.
• Provide seamless logistical, administrative, and coordination support for executive management
