Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig is seeking a Senior Workplace Safety & Security Executive to oversee workplace safety, occupational health and safety, security, and risk management across the organization. You will lead safety programs, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5–6+ years of relevant experience, a DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of relevant experience.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent is required.
• Strong experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of Philippine safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in security and facilities management is an advantage.
• Multinational company experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Occupational Health & Safety programs and compliance.
• Manage Occupational Health & Safety Committee activities.
• Coordinate DOLE-mandated safety training and OSH programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
• Lead security threat and risk assessments for offices and facilities.
• Coordinate investigations of major safety and security incidents.
• Implement workplace safety, security, and emergency response measures.
• Work with management, employees, contractors, landlords, and government agencies.
• Ensure facilities comply with applicable safety, fire, building, electrical, and engineering standards.
