Fortem Cement Corporation is seeking graduates for the 12-month Future Builders Program as Management Trainee – Corporate Track. The program offers hands-on exposure to operations, structured training, mentorship from senior leaders, and a clear path to future leadership roles.

In Corporate Track, you’ll rotate through retail sales, project sales, technical services, and logistics, preparing for roles such as territory sales officer or key account officer.
