Job summary

You will familiarize yourself with systems across departments, identify and resolve issues, and ensure rigorous documentation and measurement of programs to drive monthly targets. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with sales, marketing, and plant operations systems and processes.
• Identify efficiency and productivity issues and initiate resolution steps with timelines.
• Document all sales, marketing, and plant operations systems and procedures for tracking.
• Establish measurable improvement programs for planning and monitoring.
• Utilize and measure sales programs for activations and performance tracking.
• Utilize and measure marketing programs for campaigns and launches.
• Monitor plant operations programs covering workforce, production lines, capacity, downtime, and yield.
• Develop communication and collaboration skills to meet monthly plans.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of the effectiveness of plans and programs.
• Institute coaching methods to help teams achieve objectives.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Familiarize with systems and processes related to sales, marketing, and plant operations.
• Identify efficiency and productivity issues in sales, marketing, and plant operations and initiate resolution steps with agreed timelines.
• Ensure documentation of all sales, marketing, and plant operations systems and procedures for process tracking.
• Establish measurable and controllable improvement programs relevant to sales, marketing, and plant operations for planning and monitoring.
• Utilize and measure sales programs for activations, monitoring, controlling, and measurement.
• Utilize and measure marketing programs for promotional campaigns and new product launches, including monitoring and control.
• Utilize and measure plant operations programs covering workforce, production line, machine capacity, downtime, rejection rate, material usage, production yield, cost sheets, and safety.
• Develop communication, coordination, and collaboration skills to ensure attainment of monthly sales, marketing, and plant operation plans and programs.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of the effectiveness of sales, marketing, and plant operations plans and programs.
• Institutionalize methods and systems to support coaching of sales, marketing, and plant operations teams to continuously achieve objectives.
