Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Corporate Account Specialist to manage end-to-end servicing of assigned corporate insurance accounts, handling complex, high-risk, and time-sensitive transactions. The role requires coordinating with underwriting, claims, billing, and compliance to ensure accurate processing and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Broad working knowledge of group insurance policy administration and its links to underwriting, claims, billing, finance, reinsurance, compliance, and distribution servicing.
• Ability to analyze complex cases, interpret guidelines, exercise judgment, and provide recommendations.
• Experience leading process improvements, root-cause analysis, or SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end servicing of corporate accounts, including member movements, beneficiary updates, coverage changes, policy reinstatement, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit complex underwriting cases, reinsurance reports, and other regulatory reports; ensure audit trail.
• Provide guidance to Distribution Partners, clients, brokers, and internal teams on fulfilment requirements and resolution pathways.
• Co-lead process reviews and implement improvements, including automation and standard work.
