• Leads and supervises the provision of authoritative legal advice to Management and the Board on complex corporate, operational and policy matters; ensures consistency in legal interpretations and compliance with applicable laws and corporate governance standards.
• Ensures that management decisions and organizational policies are legally sound, compliant with applicable laws, and aligned with institutional objectives.
• Represents the Fund in inter-office and inter-agency consultations, and coordinates with internal departments to maintain consistency and integrity in the Fund's legal positions.
