Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking a Legal Professional to provide expert legal support, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide the organization on governance matters. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on compliance, and supporting litigation or dispute resolution with external counsel.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of corporate/commercial law experience, bar admission, and strong analytical and negotiation skills to safeguard the organization’s legal interests.

Qualifications

• A professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the Philippine Bar.
• 2–3 years of professional legal practice, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Experience in contract management, compliance, and dispute resolution is required; labor law, IP, or regulatory affairs is a plus.
