Job summary

San Miguel Global Power seeks a Communications & Sustainability Manager to develop, implement, and evaluate programs across the company and its subsidiaries. You will ensure the publication of the Sustainability Report following relevant ESG frameworks and collaborate with all departments to plan and advance sustainability goals.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, you will support stakeholder management activities and lead initiatives to strengthen the company's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, multimedia, or development communications.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate communications and sustainability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include (but may not be limited to) the development, implementation, and evaluation of communication and sustainability programs across SMC Global Power and its subsidiaries. This role will ensure the publication of the company's Sustainability Report using relevant ESG frameworks. The manager will also collaborate and work closely with all the departments for the planning and implementation of sustainability goals and objectives. This role will assist the Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability in all other stakeholder management activities of the department.
