MMT is seeking a Communications professional responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and producing internal and external communication materials across various channels.
You will monitor news releases, plan press events, edit copy, ensure brand consistency, manage social networks and the company website, and engage with government agencies and stakeholders.
A BS Mass Communications or Marketing degree and at least 3 years of related experience are preferred.
Mainly responsible in conceptualizing, developing, and producing internal and external communication–related collaterals, documents, and correspondences.
Monitoring of news releases about the company that may directly or indirectly affect the company.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and organizing news conferences and other special events, including selecting the site for an event, arranging for banners and other graphics to be displayed at the event, preparing packets of information for distribution.
Attend media briefings and meetings.
Develop, write, and perform copy editing of news articles, company newsletter, social media content, and other forms of correspondences.
Ensure the documentation of important events of the company and provide a systematic filing and retrieval of these materials.
Ensure consistent use of MMT’s brand identity across all communication materials, marketing collateral, and digital platforms in compliance with ICTSI standards.
Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, and other branding resources and track the effectiveness of the branding initiatives and prepare reports for immediate supervisor.
Update and maintain the company social networking sites and company website.
Establish, develop and maintain strong working relationships with government agencies, industry associations, local government units and other key stakeholders.
Knowledge in relevant government memorandum orders, circulars, advisories, policies, regulations and other related issuances that may affect the company’s operations and compliances.
Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication for timely coordination and prompt response on concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, permit requirements and other stakeholder commitments.
Prepare official correspondence, position papers, reports and other related materials
Coordinate and facilitate regulatory inspections, site visits and other engagements.
Maintain an updated database of key stakeholders government contacts, permits, regulatory requirements and other activities.
Maintain and develop strong relations with the Global PR, ICTSI Foundation and other ICTSI key departments.
Support the planning and implementation of community engagement initiatives, CSR programs and coordination with ICTSI Foundation.

Educational Attainment: Graduate of BS Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
Work Experience: 3 years of related experience.
Skills: Must have technical expertise, with people skills, computer literate, and excellent communication skills for both English and Filipino (oral and written).
