Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a banking operations professional in the Philippines to process income and corporate actions, liaise with custodians, and support efficiency initiatives. You will respond to inquiries from RMs, MAs, and custodians, and help investigate cash and securities breaks.

The role requires a banking/finance background, basic computer skills, and the ability to start on short notice. Salary ranges from 3,500 to 4,500 USD monthly.

Qualifications

• Banking/Finance background with good computer skills and a keenness to learn in Banking Operations.
• Some Bank Experience required.
• Available to start work with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all income and corporate action events.
• Liaise with custodians to clarify and resolve queries relating to income payments and corporate actions.
• Handle enquiries from Relationship Managers (RMs), Management Assistants (MAs), and custodians regarding income and corporate actions.
• Investigate and resolve cash and securities breaks to ensure all custodian payments are properly accounted for.
• Process entries for commission fees collected and maintain waiver records for waived fees.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and implementations.
• Support workflow and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and other operational initiatives as required
