HSBC is seeking an experienced Corporate Action Manager for Operations in a hybrid role. You will manage operational risk, oversee corporate action processes, allocate daily work to Processing Executives, and lead a team to deliver high customer service and strong governance.

The role requires a post-graduate degree with proven management experience, strong leadership, and analytical abilities. Willingness to work Asia/UK hours is noted.

Competenze

• A post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.
• A strong experience in a management position with exposure to appraisals, counseling, team building and staff development.
• Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives and staff development.
• Ability to learn quickly and interpret numeric data; strong analytical and data mining skills.
• Ability to manage operational risk and implement process improvements.
• Willingness to work non-standard Asian hours (e.g. UK hours).

• Perform quality control and handle complex cases, escalations, and queries needing resolution.
• Plan capacities daily and allocate resources within the team.
